Prove one connected instructional workflow in 45 days

Start with one school, one representative cycle, a documented baseline, and a decision date. Expand only if the evidence supports it.

What stays connected

  • Up to 20 participating educators
  • Founder-led implementation and support
  • Decision-ready evidence review

Evaluate one instructional cycle from context to reviewed next step

The founding-school pilot follows one representative workflow across participating educator and leader roles. It establishes the current process and governance boundary first, then tests whether course, standards, source, artifact, classroom signal, educator interpretation, and the next instructional move remain connected in normal practice.

  1. Define the workflow and decision boundary

Choose the instructional problem, participating roles, current process, representative course context, decision owner, baseline, success measures, connected-system needs, authorization boundaries, and explicit reasons the pilot should stop.

  2. Configure the cohort and complete a guided cycle

Prepare one school workspace, review role and roster state, onboard up to twenty participating educators and leaders, and run the agreed workflow once with founder-led support before normal use begins.

  3. Use the workflow and review friction

Run the cycle during normal instructional practice, record observable completion and support evidence, gather participant feedback, and use weekly office hours plus a midpoint review to surface requirements without silently expanding scope.

  4. Compare evidence and make a decision

Review workflow completion, usability, governance fit, adoption evidence, support burden, open dependencies, and baseline comparisons in a final brief that supports a go, adjust and retest, or stop decision without automatic rollout.
