integration

Move editable instructional artifacts between ClassLattice and Microsoft 365

Authorized users can connect Microsoft 365 and import or export supported artifacts while preserving ClassLattice authorization and revision context.

What stays connected

  • User-authorized Microsoft connection
  • Supported document import into an authorized Vault
  • Artifact export to Microsoft 365
  • Disconnect and provider-degraded recovery

Keep editable Office files connected to their ClassLattice source

Microsoft 365 continuity supports authorized artifact import and export without pretending Word, Excel, or PowerPoint is a parallel ClassLattice database. The local artifact, provider copy, revision, and connection state stay explicit.

  1. Authorize Microsoft 365

The signed-in user establishes the supported Microsoft connection under their own identity and granted scopes, with the local connection state visible for later review or disconnect.

  2. Choose an authorized source or destination

Import a supported Office file into an authorized Vault or select an exact ClassLattice artifact revision for export; arbitrary provider documents do not grant ClassLattice access.

  3. Create or update the editable copy

Move supported documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs through the artifact workflow while preserving format structure and ClassLattice provenance.

  4. Review readback and disconnect state

Keep the provider reference and local revision visible, surface provider-degraded recovery, and let users disconnect without deleting the ClassLattice artifact they are authorized to keep.
