  1. Select the exact source revision

    Choose a readable artifact the educator is authorized to use and identify the class-wide mode, supported target, and intended audience.

  2. Prepare a bounded support

    Create a reading-level variant, bilingual or vocabulary-gloss derivative, class-wide accessibility support, scaffold, or extension through the same adaptation contract.

  3. Compare and revise

    Review the original and derivative, inspect changed language and retained demand, edit the result, and reject an unchanged or unsuitable output before saving.

  4. Save and publish deliberately

    Persist the derivative as a new Vault artifact with source lineage, then choose whether and where it should be used; the source artifact is never silently overwritten.
