The planning workflow connects adopted standards, current curriculum, selected sources, prior work, and reviewed evidence to an editable week and day plan. The plan remains useful because its teaching artifacts and later evidence keep their relationship to it.

  1. Choose the instructional frame

    Select the course, date, standard or standards, learning goal, curriculum unit, and sources that should govern the plan.

  2. Build the week and each day

    Create ordered daily items with objectives, materials, activities, checks, and status while keeping multiple standards and cross-subject context available where needed.

  3. Prepare connected materials

    Open Artifact Studio or another creator from the plan with its course and standards already carried into the new editable artifact.

  4. Teach, review, and plan again

    Launch the day from the Classroom Dashboard, connect evidence to the original plan item, and carry the reviewed reteach, extension, or pacing decision into a later date.
